Who do the awards recognise?

The UK National Contact Centre awards are now in their 23rd Year and recognise those individuals and teams in our industry who are role models, working to make their contact centres professional and industry leading.

How credible are these awards?

The awards have an excellent reputation across the industry for being of a very high standard. All of the nominees go through a comprehensive judging process, including face to face interviews.

What makes these awards unique …

The UK National Contact Centre Awards are the longest established for our industry in the UK.

We strongly believe that award judges should be people who work in the industry with an excellent reputation and track record. The judging panel are all people who work in the industry full time. They are experienced operational judges including previous award winners. None of our judges are vendors or suppliers.

Our judging panel, which is made up of CCMA members agree the process, judging criteria and benchmark for all categories. We believe it is important that the criteria is defined by people who understand the demands of the nominees role.

In order to retain the integrity of our judging process, award category sponsors cannot be nominated for any of our awards or judge any of the awards.
