We have been working with the venue to ensure your safety at the awards dinner regarding COVID-19 and ask that you share the following with all your guests.

The following measures have been put in place:

  • All guests will be required to present their NHS Covid Pass on arrival to show double vaccination.
  • For those who have not had a double vaccination, you will be required to provide evidence of a negative PCR test.
  • Guests are asked to wear face coverings when moving around the venue, unless they have a medical exemption.

We therefore ask all guests to consider the following:

  • Undertake your own health risk assessment.
  • Follow any relevant guidance on travel.
  • Check for symptoms of COVID-19 before travelling.
  • Do not attend the event if you have been asked to self-isolate, have symptoms or have tested positive.
  • Adhere to all safety measure in place at The Brewery for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Above all, please be considerate to your teams and other guests. Let’s do the right thing to have a fantastic evening, safely.

An NHS QR Code will be on display should you wish to check in using the app. Guests will not be required to use it and you will not be turned away if you do not use it.

Yes, you will be asked to present your NHS Covid Pass or evidence of your double vaccination. If you have only received one dose, you will be asked to provide evidence of a negative PCR test.

You can get your NHS Covid pass on your NHS App. This is different to the NHS Covid App. Here’s the link to download the NHS App https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/ Owned and run by the NHS, it will show your vaccination history and the results of any PCR tests (as well as any lateral flow tests you have recorded on there yourself).

You can order a PCR test kit to be sent to your home or book an appointment at a walk-in or drive-through test site.

More details can be found on the Government website: https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test

You should have it within the 72 hours leading up to attending the event i.e. from 6.30pm Friday 24th September

You can either show the email that you will be sent with the outcome of your test or show it via your NHS App. This is different to the NHS Covid App. Here’s the link to download the NHS App https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/ Owned and run by the NHS, it will show your vaccination history and the results of any PCR tests (as well as any lateral flow tests you have recorded on there yourself)

If you’re unable to provide evidence of vaccination or a negative test, you will be asked to do a rapid lateral flow test on the door.

Guests will be invited to wear a face covering when walking around the venue.

If a guest is displaying COVID-19 symptoms, they should not attend the dinner. IF a guest has been instructed to isolate, they must not attend the dinner. If any of your guests have been with someone with COVID-19 symptoms in the days prior to the dinner, we would discourage their attendance.

You will be entertained by our celebrity guest and there will be dancing at the after-party.

We are monitoring Government guidelines and will address this appropriately should the situation arise.

All rooms are ventilated using air handling or air conditioning units. Air filters are tested in accordance with EN779:2012 and ISO16890 and are changed on a weekly basis. The systems used draw in 100% fresh air. Any windows will be opened to allow the flow of fresh air into the room.

You can download The Brewery’s Re-Opening Covid Policy here.

All staff are regularly tested for COVID-19 and will wear a face covering whilst carrying out their duties unless they have a medial exception. All staff will be provided with the necessary PPE to allow them to carry out their role safely. Additional training is being provided to ensure that all new policies and practices are strictly adhered to.

Please let us know if you are unable to attend the Awards Dinner due to corporate policy. Please email jackie@ccma.org.uk.

Although Government guidelines may suggest that the Awards Dinner could go ahead as planned in July, we wanted to give our guests the opportunity to attend with confidence.

In the event that the Awards Dinner cannot go ahead due to Government guidelines, we will offer all those that purchased tickets their money back.

All Finalist organisations have been allocated tickets. An email was sent from Jackie Pringle, our Director of Awards. Please check your Junk or Other mail folder for the email. Jackie will be in touch with all Finalists in due course, especially those that do not claim their tickets.

After the deadline, your tickets will be allocated to other Finalists if you don’t claim them by the deadline. Therefore, there is a chance that you will not be able to attend the Awards Dinner. However, we will endeavour to be in contact with you ahead of the deadline to understand your plans.

£199 per ticket for CCMA members and £250 for non-members.

Please let us know if you are unable to attend the Awards Dinner due to corporate policy. Please email jackie@ccma.org.uk.

If social distancing restrictions lift, we will be able to release more tickets, giving Finalist organisations an opportunity to purchase more tickets. Please add your requests to your booking form when you claim your allocated tickets and we will add them to the waiting list

If you don’t want your allocation of tickets, please let us know so that we can offer them to another organisation. Alternatively, if you only want to purchase some of your allocation, simply select the number of tickets you’re claiming on the Claim Form.

The social distancing restrictions mean that the capacity at The Brewery is limited. To enable us to celebrate with all the Finalists, we have had to limit the number of tickets available based on the capacity limits of the venue.

You will be entertained by our celebrity guest. We are currently monitoring Government guidelines. We will, of course, be making this a great experience for all our guests. Dancing is currently prohibited but may be possible if social restrictions are lifted.

If your organisation has one Finalist, we have allocated you two tickets. If your organisation has two or more Finalists, we have allocated you four or six tickets, depending on how many Finalists you have.

If restrictions are lifted, the venue will give us guidance on the additional capacity and we will release additional tickets.

After the deadline to claim additional tickets has passed, any available tickets will be offered to Finalists that have asked to go on to the waiting list who will be given first option on a first-come-first-served basis to order additional tickets.

Under social distancing restrictions there are six people on a table. If the restrictions lift, there will be 10 people on a table.

Due to social-distancing restrictions, there is limited capacity at the venue. We are therefore having to carefully manage the capacity and ticket allocation. We are being as fair as we can possibly be.
