Frequently Asked Questions

If you can’t find the answer to your question below, please contact us on jackie@ccma.org.uk.

All Finalist organisations have been allocated tickets. An email was sent from Jackie Pringle, our Director of Awards. Please check your Junk or Other mail folder for the email. Jackie will be in touch with all Finalists in due course, especially those that do not claim their tickets.

After the deadline, your tickets will be allocated to other Finalists if you don’t claim them by the deadline. Therefore, there is a chance that you will not be able to attend the Awards Dinner. However, we will endeavour to be in contact with you ahead of the deadline to understand your plans.

£199 per ticket for CCMA members and £250 for non-members.

Please let us know if you are unable to attend the Awards Dinner due to corporate policy. Please email jackie@ccma.org.uk.

If social distancing restrictions lift, we will be able to release more tickets, giving Finalist organisations an opportunity to purchase more tickets. Please add your requests to your booking form when you claim your allocated tickets and we will add them to the waiting list

If you don’t want your allocation of tickets, please let us know so that we can offer them to another organisation. Alternatively, if you only want to purchase some of your allocation, simply select the number of tickets you’re claiming on the Claim Form.

The social distancing restrictions mean that the capacity at The Brewery is limited. To enable us to celebrate with all the Finalists, we have had to limit the number of tickets available based on the capacity limits of the venue.

You will be entertained by our celebrity guest. We are currently monitoring Government guidelines. We will, of course, be making this a great experience for all our guests. Dancing is currently prohibited but may be possible if social restrictions are lifted.

If your organisation has one Finalist, we have allocated you two tickets. If your organisation has two or more Finalists, we have allocated you four or six tickets, depending on how many Finalists you have.

If restrictions are lifted, the venue will give us guidance on the additional capacity and we will release additional tickets.

After the deadline to claim additional tickets has passed, any available tickets will be offered to Finalists that have asked to go on to the waiting list who will be given first option on a first-come-first-served basis to order additional tickets.

Under social distancing restrictions there are six people on a table. If the restrictions lift, there will be 10 people on a table.

Due to social-distancing restrictions, there is limited capacity at the venue. We are therefore having to carefully manage the capacity and ticket allocation. We are being as fair as we can possibly be.

Although Government guidelines may suggest that the Awards Dinner could go ahead as planned in July, we wanted to give our guests the opportunity to attend with confidence.

In the event that the Awards Dinner cannot go ahead due to Government guidelines, we will offer all those that purchased tickets their money back.
