The Awards are open to individuals, teams and organisations in a UK based contact centre.

The CCMA (UK) Awards are the longest established Contact Centre Awards in the UK and provide the ultimate recognition of your achievements – so it is a great way to get the recognition of your colleagues and/or customers. The judging process is highly credible and robust, involving face to face interviews.

Applying or nominating is completely FREE OF CHARGE.

Yes! However, we expect that you will carry out an inhouse process to determine who your best people/teams are prior to nominating. Random/excessive nominations may undermine your best nominations.

Yes! If you would like to nominate an individual or team from another company (i.e. one that you do not work for but do business with) for an award, submit an application through the normal means. Please also ensure that the party you are nominating agrees to be nominated.

Yes you can attach any relevant supporting material to your nomination.

To book a table for the awards please complete and submit the booking form. Last year’s gala dinner was a sell-out event, so please book your table as soon as possible. CCMA members will be given priority for bookings.

In order to ensure the integrity of the awards, individuals, teams or organisations cannot be nominated in an award category that your organisation are sponsoring.

If you believe there is any conflict of interest, please contact us.

Yes – absolutely, you can nominate yourself.

All of our judges sign a confidentiality agreement before having access to any of the nominations.

In addition, any documentation that is provided during the judging panel and judging visits is securely destroyed six weeks after the awards dinner.
