The UK National Contact Centre Awards Gala Dinner which will attract over 700 industry professionals, takes place 15th May at The Brewery, London.

This years event includes drinks reception, 3 course meal, plus coffee and mints and unlimited beer, wines and soft drinks throughout the evening

Last year’s event was sold out so please book your places for the year’s biggest celebration of our industry in plenty of time.

Once bookings are confirmed the following cancellation rates apply:

  • Within two months of the event – 20% cancellation fee
  • Within six weeks of the event – 50% cancellation fee
  • Within four weeks of the event – 75% fee
  • Within two weeks of the event – 100% fee
