Table booking terms & conditions

These terms and conditions govern the basis on which you can make bookings for tickets/tables at the UK National Contact Centre Awards. Please read carefully:

  1. Bookings
    • 1.1 Booking requests should be submitted on-line via the booking page.
    • 1.2 All bookings submitted are confirmed bookings, we are not able to take provisional bookings
    • 1.3 No booking is guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from us
    • 1.4 CCMA members will receive a discount on all bookings. To qualify for the discount your membership must be in force and fully paid up for the month of September.
    • 1.5 Subject to availability we will send you email confirmation of your booking request within 48 hours during the working week.
    • 1.6 The last date for bookings is 1 September
    • 1.7 If your booking is for less than 10 seats, you will be sharing your table with other guests
    • 1.8 Some tables of 11 and 12 are available on request by emailing Jackie@ccma.org.uk
    • 1.9 Table bookings are not transferrable – you are prohibited from transferring your booking in whole or part to any third party.
  1. Payments
    • 2.1 All bookings must be paid in full by 1 September
    • 2.2 All early bookings must be paid for by 21 March, payments received after this date will incur and increased fee equal to the non early bird price
    • 2.3 Failure to pay by 1 September 2020 may result in your table being released and 100% cancellation fee being applied
    • 2.4 100% cancellation fee applies to all bookings
    • 2.5 Payment must be made by either debit/credit card over the phone – we accept visa and mastercard, or invoice.
    • 2.6 If you wish to pay by bank transfer please use the bank account details provided by us on request.
  1. Refunds and changes to the event
    • 3.1 No refunds are available once an order has been placed for table bookings or individual tickets. 100% cancellation fee applies. For table bookings, we do not require a list of individual guests.
    • 3.2 It may be necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, to acts of god, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts of terrorism or threats of any such acts, strike action, epidemic or other widespread illness) to alter the advertised content, timing and/or location of the event or cancel the event. We reserve the right to do this at any time and we shall not be liable to you for any costs or other expenses (including wasted travel and accommodation costs) incurred by you or your organisation as a consequence.
    • 3.3 Subject to clause 3.2 in the unlikely event of cancellation of the event we will refund 100% of your booking price.
  1. Behaviour
    • 4.1 Enjoyment of the event is paramount to us, and we reserve the right to remove any guests whose behaviour is inappropriate on the night, with no refund.
  1. Use of images
    • 5.1 We will during the evening, take photos and videos which will be used after the event on the awards website and in industry wide promotions. If you do not wish to be included in these photos please make this known to the CCMA team in advance.

    • 6.2 These terms and conditions and the rights and obligations of both parties shall be governed by UK Laws.
