New categories that recognise HR, recruitment, and support teams for 2018


We’ve been celebrating talent across our industry for 23 years and this year we are adding new categories to recognise teams and programmes that make important contributions to a contact centre’s success. These include:

  • Most Effective Contact Centre Recruitment Programme
  • Best Employee Recognition Programme
  • Best Apprenticeship Programme
  • Contact Centre Support Team of the Year

A successful contact centre not only needs great individuals and teams but also great programmes that engage people.

While great leadership is also paramount, often success doesn’t rest on any single person or team but on an overall effort across the organisation.

This is why last year we introduced new Organisation categories recognising Health and Wellbeing Programmes, Homeworking Programmes, and Impact on the Community.

You responded with some outstanding nominations  – and requests for some additional categories to recognise other key high flyers!

And so this year we have expanded the categories to include the invaluable contribution of HR and recruitment policies to contact centre success.
